Will I lose weight and get a flat stomach doing this?

I'm 15, 5'5, and weigh 142 pounds. I just starting jogging for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and I do some ab exercises everyday. I also have been trying to eat healthier. Will doing this help me lose like 10 pounds and get a flatter stomach and hopefully make my love handles smaller by September? or should I do more? please help?!
