Does anyone really know the location for the Haunted Railroad Tracks in San Antonio close to San Juan Mission?

It supposedly happened on Shane Rd. at the So. Pacific RR crossing. Take Presa South off SE Military Dr. Turn right on Southton Rd. and then right again Shane.
