Is it theoretically possible for matter to pass through matter (a person walk through a wall etc)?

While it currently appears impossible, is it theoretically possible? like time travel is just a matter of missing knowledge and technology according to physics, is it the same with matter passing through matter or does the Pauli exclusion principle render this concept 100% impossible i.e. against the laws of physics?
