Do black people have an issue with dogs?

maybe its because dogs don't like them don't get all crazy people im not racist i just know that all the dogs i ever had didn't like black people they would bark and be aggressive towards them not just seeing them in the street i have friends who are black and couldn't go in my house until i locked them up so maybe that is why
