I need help with a my work out plan?

1, 2, 3, 5 7 and 8.. these exercises will not do anything for you no matter how many you do. you need to have a workout PLAN. this will be 45-60 mins a day. i hav many details about what you should do for these workouts. so please email me at kelbelkisses@msn.com so i can rele go into what you need to do! same for number 4. you need 5-6 meals a day but small meals! go strong healthy low calarie carb and fat meals, but still you can eat things that taste good. :) please email me and i can help you 110%! again kelbelkisses@msn.com
