hi i am planning to do boxing three times a week, jogging twice or three times a week, and zumba once a week and a raisin bran and salad with grill chicken diet for two months, can i lose 50lbs if i stay committed to this for the two months or at least lose my muffin top and sum inches off my legs and arms to move from a size 14 to at least a 10?? if not can i PLEAAAASSSSEEEEEE get some ideas?? really would appreciate it.
